I think I’m getting sick of looking at Gundam, Macross, or whatever latest figures and models. Also seeing Gundam x Gundam Next Plus again and again is going to drive me officially insane. I don’t have a psp and I don’t want to get one.

I probably stopped playing with gunpla because it’s just friggen plastic. And of course when I got sick of them, I shot them up with my airsoft model kit bb gun back when I was a kid. Hmm…. maybe I wouldn’t shoot up a master grade kit if I bought one.
As for video games, I got fed up after I bought my Dreamcast and saw it discontinued. At least I got to play Super Robot Wars Alpha I, Gundam Sidestory, and Gundam Federation vs Zeon DX. Maybe I should of known better not to trust Sega.
Since then, I have decided to just wait until a game system becomes old and cheap before I consider buying it. I ended up buying a PS2, which has turned out to be a great investment since there are tons of great mecha import games.
Anyhow a lot of these toy figures and collectibles cost so much, especially with shipping, they really aren’t worth collecting. Gundam figures don’t really go up in value from what I’ve seen so far. Gunpla are money sinks, unless you are so special your assembled and painted kits are so hot you can sell them?
I hate to be a jerk to Gundam fans but collect Transformers instead. Of course I have a bunch of Gundam toys saved up but none would sell more than what they’re worth unless it’s some die hard collector just needing that one figure.
