Bandai has announced that a Gundam Cafe will be opened on 4.24.10 at Akihabara train station.  It’s supposed to have Gundam related menu and the latest Gundam news.  It’s probably going to have to be a major tourist trap in order to be successful, otherwise it’ll probably close like the previous Gundam themed store/eateries.

Go vote for a Gundam series at Bandai.com!  The more interest, better chance of having Gundam products in stores.

Watch the original Mobile Suit Gundam.  Watching the whole series gives you a little better understanding of Amuro and Char, although the 3 part movie version is also very good.

Victory 2 Gundam made out of lego.  The first guy documented it on a sourceforge page.  The next guy’s build in the second video really looks amazing.
